What Is Agoraphobia?
Agoraphobia’s literal translation means “fear of the marketplace” which is confusing to some people about what Agoraphobia really is because people commonly think that it is a fear of public spaces, which is far from the truth. The clinical definition is a fear of not being able to leave or escape from an area when you have a panic attack.
